Liverpool’s Exclusive Wedding Venue – Knowsley Hall

Set overlooking the Mersey Knowsley Hall is the historical family home of Lord Darby for generations but more importantly for us its the backdrop to James & Sophie’s uber chic wedding that really did tick all the boxes but then again we have a soft spot for black tie weddings.

Its one of Liverpool’s jewel in the crown wedding venues with its perfectly manicured gardens it really does make a stunning location for a documentary wedding photographer with its lake and wonderful architecture and the service and food are second to none.

James & Sophies Black Tie Wedding

James and Sophie are a modern day love story with all the traditional emotions. Meeting at work and then on social media their love for each other is infectious and apparent to anyone who spends time in their wonderful company.

Now if any bride should go on to be a wedding planner then its Sophie. Her attention to the smallest of details was perfect and we have to mention her dress….WOW simply WOW what a stunning wedding dress and we have to say James looked awesome too.

It was such an honour to document this very special wedding day and we also could get really creative. The lighting on the day was beautiful also meant that we where spoiled for location choices and we didnt have to go far from the wedding guests for family photos. James & Sophie wanted was to spend time with their guests and as we are experts at organising family photos this was not a problem.
