Hoghton Tower- Lancashires most famous wedding venue

Just imagine you get to photograph a gorgeous wedding at a stunning historical wedding venue with amazing views over Lancashire to the coast, sounds amazing right? well here is the story of two gorgeous people who said I do infront of their closest family and friends in the spectacular Lancashire wedding venue of Hoghton Tower, even the weather gods smiled down on us.

Its hard not to love Clare & Chris, they are such a fun couple and when we heard their amazing plans for their wedding at Hoghton Tower well we where totally captivated by just how special their wedding day was going to be with so many little nods to family, friends and what they love.

But secretly what Clare was most looking forward was the other man in her life making a surprise visit to their wedding day, Perry her horse was going to be front and centre of that stunning view from the castle grounds.

So from emotional vows to crazy dancing with fun and laughter in between we had the absolute pleasure of capturing all those little stories that go to make one big story of Clare & Chris’ big day… oh and Perry’s.Heres a small selection of our favourite images. D&Jxx

Hoghton Tower Wedding of Chris & Clare was a pleasure, these guys are just a joy to be around but one thing we loved was their love of family and friends and more importantly having them play a big part in their wedding and this just made for a wonderful atmosphere.

As documentary wedding photographers there where so many moments for us to capture but also they wanted us to create something special and thats just what we did with the awesome Mr & Mrs Sykes and the grounds of Hoghton Tower delivering the goods. Perfectly.

Wow! no words can do our photos justice! David & Jane were recommended by our wedding venue and I can not tell you how comfortable they made us both feel on our wedding day, in fact 80% of the time we didn’t know they were there! We can’t thank you enough for the photos and memories of our special day we can treasure forever and for making us feel so at ease in front of the camera.  We 100% recommend you and if we could give you a 10 star review we would !
