Lancashire wedding at the stunning Haigh Hall

Set overlooking the stunning Lancashire countryside Haigh Hall has been an impressive stately home for generations and a jewel in the town of Wigan.

Originally owned by Lord Crawford it was given to the people of wigan and has been a stunning wedding venue ever since.

As much as we love to travel all over the world shooting weddings Haigh Hall has the benefit of being a wedding venue so close you can see our house from it.

The weather was stunning, the church looked beautiful and the love that Christina & Danny have for each other was infectious, they never stopped smiling.

Christina & Danny’s Epic Wedding Day

Danny & Christina married at St Wilfrid’s Church in Standish, the same church Christina’s parents married at over 40 years ago and Haigh Hall made the perfect wedding reception as it was close to home.

Christina looked stunning in a long lace sleeved, sweetheart fit wedding gown and cathedral veil and her bridesmaids in full length Red Gowns.

Enjoy EVERY Second…

After all the fun of confetti shower outside the church the happy couple where whisked away for a quiet moment in the Rolls Royce with a glass or 2 of champagne.

Haigh Hall looked amazing, the room decor was on point and the thrones at the top table let everyone know who’s day it was and the first dance when Danny lifted Christina in the air had everyone cheering.

Happy Moments, Perfect Memories

One of Christina & Dannys favourite part of the day was when we grabbed a few photos of them with the wedding party after the meal as their friends played a big part in their day.

The other favourite moment was at midnight when pies arrived for all the guests… well it was a Wigan Wedding 😉

Our goal shooting Danny & Christina’s wedding was to show the importance of their family, the fun and connections with friends but at all times the love they have for each other.
