Knowsley Hall – Exclusive Stately Wedding Venue

Knowsley Hall is set in over 2500 acres of gardens.  It has been the ancestral home of The Earls of Derby since the 1500’s. As you wander around the stunning rooms you get glimpses into their lives with photos of visitors to the hall including President Clinton and Her Majesty The Queen.

From the moment Leon & Amy walked into Knowsley Hall they knew it was the one. “it was so beautiful and looked like something out of a fairy tale” and thats just how their awesome wedding day was, a fairy tale.

Every time we arrive to shoot a wedding at Knowsley Hall and see the Hall in all its glory just fills us with excitement. No matter what the weather we know we are going to capture some amazing photographs.

Luckily the weather was perfect and the stunning hall and its gardens stunning. We had such an amazing day with the gorgeous Leon & Amy.

Leon & Amy’s stylish wedding at Knowsley Hall

Leon & Amy are such a fun couple. They first met on social media and immediately ‘connected’ on their first date so sharing their story seems so apt.

They are both a very stylish couple. Amy works for a leading couture fashion house so the dress was always going to be special. She look stunning in her bridal gown by Rosa Clara. So much detail and so elegant. Leon looking equally stylish in his bespoke suit and Gucci shoes.

It is always a special moment when a Bride walks up the aisle and her groom see’s her for the first time. Leon’s smile lit up the room and they both never stopped smiling all day finally becoming Mr & Mrs Walker.

The Perfect Wedding day

Amy & Leon’s wedding was an amazing day. It was filled with closest family & friends laughing, chatting and just enjoying their wedding. We blended into the background and captured the fun atmosphere of the day.

Amy’s fathers speech had everyone laughing. Amy’s parents are defiantly looking forward to becoming Grandparents with a few subtle hints being given in the form of helpful books & a Mothercare voucher.

In the evening we shot some gorgeous portraits of the couple before whisking them back to the party. The DJ really got the atmosphere and awesome dance floor action going before Dean Mac & the band had everyone partying all night along.
