The Lake District has to be one of the most stunningly beautiful parts of the UK if not the world and set in the heart of the Lakes with its views over Bassenthwaite Lake is the exclusive wedding venue Armathwaite Hall

Overlooked by the dramatic Skiddaw Mountain and Lake District Fells Armathwaite Hall is as romantic as the surrounding countryside and Stewart & Danielle immediately knew it was the perfect location for their Lake District Wedding

Stewart & Danielle’s Lake District Wedding

The Lake District is renowned for its micro climate, it could be sunny in one valley and raining in the next but a warm sunny day not only greeted them but also meant that their dream of an outdoor wedding was on.

Their special day had everything from drinks overlooking the lake, bird of prey show to the most gorgeous sunset and a giant chocolate easter egg that they joyfully smashed to start the evening celebrations…well it was Easter.

Armathwaite Hall Wedding Photographers

Stewart & Danielle’s love for each other is as strong as their love of the outdoors so to get married outdoors overlooking their much loved Lake District surrounded by their closest family and friends was something so special and what we loved most of all about their wedding day was it was their wedding done THEIR way well that and the most amazing sunset and views from the roof of Armathwaite hall that was such a perfect end to a perfect day.
